A blog in honor of the Celtic deity, Bridget, the Christian bishop in the Celtic church, and her many meanings throughout centuries: poet, smith, foster mother, healer, founder of a historical religious community for men and women in equality, a bringer of light, protector of lambs.
I'm a mom, an activist for feminism and LGBTQ communities, for radical democracy and for radical expressionism. I work in "counseling" and "behavior analysis," but my ultimate goal is to help people of all ages and walks of life find as many choices as possible. And... I sew, blacksmith, write poetry, volunteer in many religious and church settings, and garden. : ) I hope all my blogs encourage you, gentle reader, to be more and more yourself.
